At VIS SOLUTIONS d.o.o. (hereinafter: VIS Solutions), we recognize the importance of protecting personal data and approach its processing responsibly and in accordance with all applicable regulations. III/ PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

We process your data for various legitimate purposes, always ensuring that every processing activity is based on a clear legal ground. We collect data to provide answers to your inquiries sent via contact forms or e-mail, to inform you about our solutions and services, for the purpose of concluding and executing contractual obligations, and to fulfill legal obligations prescribed by tax and accounting regulations of the Republic of Croatia. Furthermore, we use certain information for website traffic analytics to improve your user experience.

IV/ (SUB)PROCESSORS AND THIRD PARTIES

In the processing of your personal data, in addition to us as the controller, authorized third parties may also participate. We do not sell your data to third parties; we share it exclusively with partners who enable the technical functioning of our website:

  • Google LLC - through the Google Analytics service, we collect information about your use of our website. All other data (first name, last name, e-mail) is filled out by you voluntarily through available forms. By sending an inquiry, you give us your consent to use your personal data for the stated purpose of responding.

We will respond to your request without delay, and at the latest within one month.

VIII/ RIGHT TO OBJECT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

If we process your data based on the consent you provided, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Furthermore, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Ul. Metela Ožegovića 16, 10 000 Zagreb.

IX/ SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We have implemented modern technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption, to prevent any unauthorized access, modification, theft, or loss of your data.
