Position description
Kickstart your automation career where it actually matters. We are looking for an enthusiastic RPA Engineer Intern to join our lean, agile team. This internship is designed for curious minds who want to escape theoretical assignments and jump straight into real-world engineering. You will learn to build, test, and deploy software robots using industry-leading tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Python. If you have the passion to learn and the drive to solve problems, we will provide the mentorship and environment to transform you into a skilled automation professional.
Responsibilities
- Learn & Apply: Deep dive into RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate) and Python scripting under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Bot Development: Assist in developing, configuring, and testing automated workflows for routine enterprise processes.
- Process Mapping: Analyze manual workflows alongside the team to find optimization and automation opportunities.
- Maintenance & Support: Help monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing digital workers to ensure zero-error execution.
- Idea Contribution: Think outside the box and actively participate in brainstorming new ideas and automation solutions.
Requirements
- Growth Mindset: A strong passion for learning, exploring new technologies, and immediately applying new knowledge.
- Team Spirit & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that fits into our supportive, no-drama environment.
- Analytical Thinking: A proactive problem-solver who enjoys looking at a process and finding creative ways to make it faster and smarter.
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken) to read technical documentation and collaborate effectively.
- Experience: Irrelevant. We don’t care about a long resume—we expect good will, a solid technical curiosity, and the drive to deliver results.
Bonus qualifications
- Basic understanding of programming logic (any exposure to Python, JavaScript, or C# is a big plus).
- Familiarity with the concepts of HTML, CSS, or how web elements work.
- Prior exposure to Excel macros, VBA, or basic automation scripting.
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields).

- Performance Bonuses
- Professional Growth & Training
- Senior Mentorship
- Daily Covered Perks
